Terms and Conditions of Use

Welcome to The Old Tool Store website terms and conditions for use. These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website at www.oldToolStore.com. By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Using this website indicates that you accept these terms regardless of whether or not you choose to order from us. If you do not accept these terms, do not use this website.

1. Trading terms and conditions

1.1 Prices, currency and tax

All goods are billed in Pounds Sterling. For payments by Paypal the actual currency conversion rate is determined by Paypal at the time you confirm your order. Prices do not include VAT (UK sales tax) as we are not VAT-registered.

For non-EU customers import tax and sales duty may be imposed by the Customs Department of your country and this must be paid by you before receiving your goods.

Our prices are reviewed periodically and may change without notice.

1.2 Ordering

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from us. You are deemed to have placed an order by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered and total cost in Pounds Sterling.

Acceptance of an order takes place only when the order is despatched. Once your order has been despatched the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have already notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.

An order may be refused: a) where goods are not available; b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment; c) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or d) if you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.

1.3 Title & Payment

Goods are supplied by and remain the property of Ray Iles until they are fully paid for, acceptable payment methods include Paypal, cheque drawn on a UK bank, direct bank credit or credit/debit card. Goods are not despatched until payment has fully cleared. You will be promptly refunded should an order be cancelled.

1.4 Shipping

Your order will be posted by the most suitable method which includes Royal Mail services and delivery by courier. Orders are subject to availability and will be despatched as soon as possible but please allow up to 28 days from us receiving cleared payment. 1.5 Returns

All products are sold with a 100% satisfaction guarantee, if you are not happy with any purchased product please contact us within 14 days of receipt stating the problem. For more information about returning an item please see our Delivery & Returns page.
